Hours:Part-time / Flexi-time.
Term: 6 month contract with potential to extend.

The Role:
We’re searching for a visionary UX/UI Designer who lives and breathes design and enjoys creating seamless experiences.
Your role is to thoughtfully produce wireframes and high-fidelity designs that don’t just sit pretty, but actively inform discussions around potential integrations and market acceptance.
You’ll be working on our design strategy, transforming the theoretical into the tangible and the obscure into the obvious.
Responsibilities:
- Craft wireframes that not only map out UX around potential features and workflow but also understand the importance of smooth, effortless user experiences.
- Elevate wireframes to high-fidelity designs, creating a visual lexicon that becomes the cornerstone of our product’s market positioning and integration discussions.
- Collaborate with our product teams, ensuring design and functionality perform perfectly.
- Serve as an ambassador of user experience, championing intuitive design across every corner of our platform.
- Be a relentless seeker of innovation, always on the lookout for potential improvements that could enhance our platform’s usability and appeal.
Must-Have Skills:
- A portfolio that showcases your experience in UI/UX Design, with a notable emphasis on crafting compelling user experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, with your toolkit perfectly honed for the challenges of modern UI design.
- A proven track record as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a startup environment where agility and creativity go hand in hand.
- A self-starter attitude complemented by an ability to work harmoniously both in teams and solo.
- Exceptional time management skills, with an innate ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
Nice-to-Have:
- Frontend programming skills – JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks and HTML/CSS – to make those designs not just imagined but implementable.
